Dulanjalee started off in AIPL in 2012 as a training officer of Strategic Offer management and is currently the Manager of the Strategic Offer Management department.

“I’ve gained lot of work experience from AIPL. It a big achievement and i thank AIPL for trusting me with this opportunity. I wish to continue as a member of the AIPL team and look forward to serving more.”

Clifford joined the company in 2012 and currently serves as the manager in the Supply Chain Management team of the Health Sector. With over 20 years of experience in the Customer Service industry, Clifford is also six sigma green belt certified.

Priyachandana has 18 years of Biomedical engineering experience at the After Sales department of AIPL group and currently serves to the company as a Senior Service Manager.

Madhuka joined the company in the capacity of Assistant Manager HR in 2021. She posesses 10+ years of experience in Human Resources in Manufacturing and service Industry.

Nalaka started his journey in 2006 as a management trainee attached to the finance department at AIPL. Through his experiences Nalaka developed on the job skills from decision making, initiating strategic initiatives, problem solving, time management and leadership.

“AIPL helped me to inculcate professionalism and strong work ethics. I gained the confidence to stand as a SME (Subject Matter Expertise) in finance, stores, IT, HR, supply chain etc. I would like to call AIPL as my second home which helped me to groom myself from the fresh graduate then to the Assistant Vice president – Finance at present.”

Gopika started her career in 2006 as Accounts officer, attaching to the finance department at Analytical Instruments and at present working as an Assistant Accountant.

“The senior management is very supportive and has enabled us with tools to move towards digitalization of our finance processes, to bring in operational efficiency for the future. The vast exposure you get from working in several finance functions from accounts receivable, banking to treasury management has added tremendous value to my career.”

Sandeep joined AIPL at the start of his career in 2017.

Vikum is from the field of Facilities Management with over more than 13 years of local and overseas experience which has widespread the group’s requirement in managing all premises to cater to the core business of the organizations.
He has obtained his bachelor’s Honors degree in Facilities Management from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, and acquired his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
He is an Accredited Professional in the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka (GBCSL) and an Associate member of the Institute of Facilities Management Sri Lanka. (IFMSL)
