DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR

Working directly with the Director and will be Responsible for Department coordination with Sales and internal teams, preparing tender and quotations, doing costing, letter writing and responding to foreign client communications and providing administrative support. Report preparation and updating the internal system and data analysis for strategic decision making in a timely manner. Business analysis role to be played when working with the director in order to introduce strategy to the sales team.
